- NO ENTRY WITH VISIBLE SIGNS OF DRINKING/INTOXICATION
- All guests must have valid ID and must be 21+
- All guests must abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Utah Department of Alcohol and Beverage Services
- All guests must abide by the dress code
- The Outlaw assumes no responsibility for injuries of any kind while on premises or after leaving the premises
- The Outlaw is not responsible for and assumes no responsibility for any article of personal property lost or stolen on the primises
- NO WEAPONS of any kind (Guns, Knives, Spurs, etc.)
- Profanity, shouting, and discourteous behavior will not be permitted
- No fighting or destruction of property will be tolerated, guests WILL be asked to leave
- NO RE-ENTRY after 9pm on Friday's and Saturday's

Dress Code
To ensure the most comfortable environment to our patrons, The Outlaw enforces a dress code prohibiting the following:
- No gang related attire
- No bandanas
- No white tank tops/undershirts (male only)
- No bralettes
- No shirt/tank top that shows areola and/or majority portion of breast
- Bumpkins must be worn on very shirt miniskirts (no underwear or nakedness showing)
- Shorts and pants must be worn at hip
- No rude, vulgar, or offensive clothing
- No excessively revealing clothing
- Clothing must be clean and un-offensive
These are the rules that are put in pace to help to maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone. We here at The Outlaw try very hard to have an enjoyable place where everyone feels welcome.
